I did not grow up here. I did not stumble into this neighborhood by accident. I chose Westchase and specifically West Park Village after looking at a lot of options in Tampa Bay.
The Walkability is Real
West Park Village has actual walkability in a city that does not have much of it. I can walk to dinner, coffee, and the park. For Tampa Bay that is genuinely rare.
The Community Infrastructure
Westchase has HOA-maintained parks, tennis courts, pools, and green spaces that are actually well-kept. It is the kind of place where people actually know their neighbors.
