The Westchase Business Network and various HOA-organized events keep the summer calendar active. There is almost always something happening. The community takes its events seriously and the turnout reflects that.

The Great Westchase Run in the fall is something residents look forward to all summer. Training for it becomes a summer ritual for a lot of the neighborhood. If you are into fitness and community, this event captures everything that makes Westchase different.
Why Summer Is a Good Time to Buy
Buyers who purchase in summer get to experience the neighborhood at its most alive before they even move in. Open houses in July give you a real feel for the community. And sellers who list in summer are often motivated. It is not a bad time to buy.
